Good morning! I hope everyone is enjoying this gorgeous fall weather. This morning I’m sharing with you a great workout that you can do anywhere. My version only requires you to have a kettlebell, but if you don’t have any weights at all you can easily sub in body weight exercises to this format. Now that bootcamp is on hiatus for the cooler months, I’m planning on sharing a few of these bootcamp type workouts that you can easily do on your own when we have surprise beautiful weather (yesterday).
